General information:Important stuff you need to know and agree to before I start working on anything.By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:✦ You must be over 18 to commissioning me.✦ All works produced in commissions adhere to copyright law.✦ All commissions are for personal use only, commercial use of the works must be negotiated in advance.✦ I reserve the right to decline any Commission request.✦ I reserve the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour.✦ My response time will always be as fast as possible, considering that my time zone is UTC+1 and I usually work in the afternoons.✦ Please, if you are going to request a drawing of an OC from another person, send a proof of authorization to use their character.✦ As the author of the work, I reserve the right to publish it on social networks, always maintaining the anonymity of the commissioner in case he/she wishes to do so.✦ I also speak Spanish (Podemos hablar en español si es más cómodo para ti)_____________________________________What I will draw

Any aspects that are not explicitly mentioned, omitted, or remain unclear will be subject to the artist's interpretation.
Additional fees may apply for unclear instructions or changes after sketch approval, especially if low-quality references are provided. This includes giving poor quality references where I am unable to make out the details.(For example: changing camera angle, changing the character’s pose or a large part of the background.)✦ I will not allow the work to be modified by another person without prior agreement between the artists.___________________________________Payments and additional costs:✦ I only accept payments via PayPal in USD or EUR.✦ Payment must be sent after clarifying the customer's request and before starting the work.✦ More Extra character is a 50% more than the original Price.✦ All commissions contain an optional simple background (stuff on the ground, geometric shapes, gradients). If you want a detailed and specific background you have to pay extra, depending on the option you have chosen.✦ Changing or reworking the artwork in the process after the client's approval could add a modification fee.✦ The commissions are divided into 3 phases, sketch, simple colored and full rendering. If you decide to cancel the order, you can receive the money for the phases that have not been started yet.✦ Whatever needs to be fixed for my error, will be fixed free of charge with no time limit.___________________________________Timing, Flexibility & Deadlines:✦ The time required to complete a commission depends on many factors, but all options provided are valid for 4 months. If this period expires, you can request cancellation of the commission and get the according funds back.✦ In relation to the previous point, I reserve the right to change the validation time if the commission requires more time due to its complexity.✦ If a different deadline was agreed at the beginning of the commission, the initial time limit of 4 months becomes null.✦ A commission will be considered completed 7 days after the finished artwork has been delivered.All clear?
